Warriston Crescent
Completed in 2008

This project involved the conversion of the lower ground floor of an A-listed Georgian terraced house to provide new family living accommodation at garden level. The project involved making substantial alterations to the existing structure & reconfiguring the existing accommodation to create a new kitchen/ dining space, playroom, hall, utility room, and shower room. A large opening was also formed in the rear wall of the house and fitted with glass doors to provide direct access to a new stone-paved terrace and create new relationships with the garden beyond. The works included the installation of new plumbing, heating, electrics, fittings & finishes. The rooms are visually connected by the reclaimed oak flooring which runs throughout and contrasts dramatically with the new all-white kitchen.
