This project involved the complete refurbishment of a Victorian terraced house. The property had been used for many years as a multiple occupancy lodging house and was in need of thorough renovation from top to bottom. The works included the replacement of all slate & flat roofing, the rebuilding of the existing dormer to the front, the refitting of all 3 bathrooms, and the creation of a new kitchen/ dining space incorporating full height glazed doors to the rear garden. The project also required the complete re-wiring of the property, the installation of new plumbing & heating systems, extensive plaster repair works, other various repairs, and landscaping works to front & rear.
